Add Route protection at check to further insure your order. Although we have our own package protection in case of damaged or fail delivery, Route will further protect your package for a small fee. Route will also cover stolen packages which are not covered by US based shipping companies. Additionally Route will expedite the claims process in regards to a delivery issue. If a shipment is overly delayed and the shipping carrier is still doing their investigation. Route can also expedite this process. Claims with the postal service can take up to 30 days and in the event the postal service is confirming the delivery.
