So that we may help offer the best experience and pricing to our customers we have laid out our policies and terms for returns and exchanges. In regards to the policies and terms on this webpage words such as: you, your, customer, customers, user, users, purchaser, purchasers, buyer, buyers, references the purchasing agent(s) and product user(s). Additionally words such as: we, us, representative, representatives, is in reference to California Candle Supply and its representatives. 

 

 

 

  Returns and Exchanges

 

Items may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the original purchase date. In order for an item to be eligible for return it must be unused, all parts or portions accounted for, and still in a sell-able condition based on California Candle Supply's review and determination of the condition of the product at the time of receiving the return or exchange. California Candle Supply retains the right to deny or accept any return for any reason. It is the customers responsibility to return the items they wish to return or exchange to California Candle Supply. Items may also be shipped to the address below. It is the customer's responsibility to return or exchange the product at their own time and expense or in order to initiate the return or exchange process. California Candle Supply recommends that each person looking to return or exchange a product reach out to us beforehand so that we may aid in determining the return eligibility. We also recommend to include a copy of the original invoice and to write the order number on the outside of the packaging. If we are unable to identify from which customer a return or exchange originated from or we are unable to locate the original purchase we may not be able to complete the return or exchange process. It can take, but is not limited to up to 3-5 business days for a return or exchange to process from the point of receiving back the original items meant for return or exchange. California Candle Supply is under no obligation to ship back items or return items to the customer in the event of an ineligible return or exchange. California Candle Supply reserves the right to determine the eligibility of all returns and exchanges. Shipping charges are not eligible for return or exchanges. Customers will be expected to purchase their own shipping labels and to pay their own shipping costs when returning or exchanging items. Customer's may reach out to California Candle Supply in regards to help or to request an assisted return. In the event of an assisted return California Candle Supply may help supply shipping labels for the return at the customer's own expense. California Candle Supply may send invoices or deduct the assisted returns cost from the refund or exchange. California Candle Supply has the right to deny an assisted return for any reason.
