So that we may help offer the best experience and pricing to our customers we have laid out our policies and terms for returns and exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Complete, with all parts and components

  • In resellable condition as determined upon inspection by California Candle Supply

All returns and exchanges are subject to review. California Candle Supply reserves the right to approve or deny any return or exchange based on the condition of the product when received.

How to Return an Item

Customers are responsible for returning items at their own time and expense.

We strongly recommend contacting us prior to shipping a return so we can help determine eligibility and provide guidance.

Please include:

  • A copy of the original invoice inside the package

  • The order number written clearly on the outside of the box

If we are unable to identify the customer or locate the original order, we may be unable to complete the return or exchange.

Returns may be shipped to the address listed below.

Processing Time

Once received, returns and exchanges typically take 3–5 business days to process.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Assisted Returns (Optional)

If requested, California Candle Supply may provide a return shipping label for your convenience.

The cost of this label will be:

  • Invoiced to the customer, or

  • Deducted from the refund or exchange value

We reserve the right to decline assisted return requests

Ineligible Returns

California Candle Supply is under no obligation to return items sent back that do not qualify for return or exchange.

Final Determination

California Candle Supply reserves the sole right to determine the eligibility of all returns and exchanges based on the condition of the items upon arrival.
