150°paraffin wax is a winner!
This wax rocks. I've received for a second review to share my praise for this paraffin wax. I've used it to make votives, pillars, and specialty candles. It holds color beautifully, and combined with stearic, beeswax, and vybar 103, it holds upwards of 7% fragrance load. Cold throw and hot throw are great. This wax does awesome with fine details and retaining it's structure. I'm still determining the wick that I like best-started with CD and CDN wicks and will try zinc cores and lx wicks next. What I like most about this wax?? No sinkholes! It's almost a one pour wax if you pour cool enough. Even when i pour super hot, as it cools, there is shrinkage but not so much that I need to do a "poke and repour", just a top off of wax... And to me that is really impressive.

150 degree paraffin
This is a great base paraffin wax and I love the higher melt point. I make "tree trunk" pillars and "stumps" which is a bit detailed. This paraffin works great for the detail. I did add a bit of vybar 103, stearic acid, beeswax, and fragrance at 5%. I am test-burning as I type and I am very pleased with this wax! The cold and hot throw is awesome. I am going to make both a hurricane candle, and votives with this wax... I will do another review once I use this wax in those applications. P.s. I am using CD wicks and they are burning great so far. Very pleased so far.

Pillars and tapers
I use this for pillar and votive candles- it works great. Takes forever to melt of course but sets well for my molded candles. I add a small portion to my soy when needed for harder set to my wax and it performs perfectly every time. No problems with sink holes, my tops are smooth and glossy. Holds fragrance well. No complaints!
