Every Candle Enthusiast needs wick trimmers as they are designed for trimming that wick down to the perfect height after burning your candle. Candles when trimmed to the appropriate height will last longer, burn better and be more fragrant in comparison to candle wicks that are not maintained throughout a candle's life.
These trimmers are not to be confused as wick cutters as these wick trimmers are designed for trimming burnt wicks and are not recommended for commercial uses involving cutting wicks on pre-manufactured candles.

What a difference….
What a difference using the right tools makes. For about a year now I’ve been making candles with wooden wicks and have been using fingernail clippers and garden shears to trim the wicks. It’s been hell and torture trying to cut the work without splintering it, these wick trimmer’s are easy to use and I get a clean even cut every time..

Does not cut
I love the color of this tool but unfortunately it doesn’t work. The trimmer bends and stick to the wick. It ends up leaving a very unclean cut.
