The cost of this wax has increased due to dramatic price hike of available raw natural materials. We are doing all we can to provide our products at the best value to our customers.
The wax is not bad, it solidifies evenly. But there is always a crack around the wick. How can you fix this? --(California Candle Supply Response): Hi Tetiana, We recommend to do a double pour with this wax as flake form soys will tend to not adhere well to their containers with cracks and dips by the wick. You will want to fill these in as a candle that does not have a flat surface will lack in performance in terms of its candle life and hot throw because it is so important for the wax to pool out to the edges of your container. If you would rather not do a double pour we recommend to at least re-heat the tops of your candles with a heat gun to fill in these dips or cracks or use a wax that is specifically designed to be a one pour blend such as our CCS #12. For any questions in regards to the double pour process feel free to send us an email or direct message. Thank you!
Jus wow. I'm a forever customer.
This wax is so forgiving. It has a great CT and HT, adheres to the glass, smooth tops, and beautiful creamy color. I love it!
Luv working with this wax for my candles, tops always settles smoothly, excellent burn.
My favorite wax to work with. Also, arrives in great condition within packaging, you can tell it was cared for. Only issue I have is shipment/order processing time. Overall great product!
This wax is amazing!! Works amazingly with my candles I love it! Super easy to work with, recommended.
When I first used this wax, I had a problem with the top of the wax not being straight. It was my fault sadly. However, the second time I received a flat top. There aren't any wet spots or anything. Highly recommend. I will be using NatureWax C-3 Soy Wax from now and beyond.
This wax is easy to work with. I’m a small candle company and the price is also fair. I haven’t ran into any problems with it. It’s smooth and easy to bond with scents. I’ll keep using this along with the 464 wax for now. Love it.
This wax adhered nicely to the glass jars that I use but the tops had dips, frosting and craters. I tried various temperatures for melting, adding fragrance and pouring and had the same results. Not as smooth of a cure as the soy 10 wax. Any recommendations for better results?
